HOW TO MEASURE?
Waist circumference: Relax and keep the tape level and comfortably loose, and measure the circumference starting from the lower back to the front of (close to) the belly button.
Chest circumference: Keeping the tape level across your back and comfortably loose, measure around the fullest part of your chest.
*Tips: Do not hold your breath and wear a thick layer of clothing.
