YOUR ORDER CANCELLATION RIGHTS 

        You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 3 days (From the date on which the payment went through) without giving any reason for doing so. Be aware, that our garment is made to order, if you have decided to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible.

         We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which you decide to cancel the order.  We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

        In order for the products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The products were received (the order arrived at your destination address) within 14 days. 

• The products are in the original packaging and tag or any other accessories.

• The products are not used, altered, damaged or washed. 

• The following products cannot be returned:

  • The supply of products made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of products which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

        We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion. We do not accept returns from international orders.

RETURNING PRODUCTS 

         You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the product to Us. You should send the products to the address provided in the email. We cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actually receiving the products. 

         We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returns (in conditions as stated above). We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order.
